Student Comments
"I really enjoy the jazz improvisation
that I am currently studying this works well alongside all the
different styles of music that I play in lessons and in my private
practice work. The theory although not as much fun as the playing
is made clear by Dan and easy to understand.”
- Beth Atkinson, Aged 14 (Saxophone)
'Dan has been my music teacher for
2 years. I think he is extremely innovative in his approach
to music teaching and is a great motivator.'
- Sian Morris, Adult Student (Saxophone)
"Dan makes scales and arpeggios
more interesting to play, giving me set targets and clear explanations
of why I need to practice them. I enjoyed studying theory with
Dan because he made a difficult subject easy to understand.”
- Claire Brocklebank Aged 15 (Clarinet)
“Learning to play the Sax with Dan
is great fun and he makes the lessons interesting and encourages
